These balloons do NOT float due to their small size, but they are an great alternative to a banner as they are 3D! There are tabs on the balloons for hanging, but I have found that taping curling ribbon the back is the easiest way to hang them.

* Balloons are REUSABLE and can be re-inflated if they deflate over time.
* Balloons come deflated, but the kits include a straw for super simple, easy inflation.
* Balloons self-seal (self-closing), simply insert the straw into balloon, blow up with air, remove straw, pinch shut, and you're done!
