Sizes are mini 3" tassels or large 12" tassels. You can match any garland or your party decor. Sure to add the 'WOW' factor to any occasion.

1 foot= 3, 12" tassels
3 feet= 9, 12" tassels

Or choose MINI tassels that are 3" long per tassel

The picture shown is a representation of what the tassels look like tied very close together. I space them apart for the longer ones.
