This pom arrives flat with all the pieces to make it come alive and VERY SIMPLE instructions.
Choose your size, quantity and the number you want on your crown--or choose to have no number. Also you want a custom color for the pom just choose a color from our color chart and put that color in the notes to seller at check out- if you do not we will send you the color as shown in photo 1 = pink and gold.
