Ready to use right out of the box! A gorgeous giant balloon ready to be inflated by you for a party, wedding or baby shower! The balloon is supplied with a giant handmade tassel tail that is simply stunning. The balloon is sent flat ready to be filled with helium by you at your local party store, grocer or Dollar Store---or choose the tassel only!

Choose from the pull down menu:

If you choose the COLOR BALLOON form the pull down menu it includes: one 36" balloon (flat) with one 5-6 foot tassel (6 14" long tassels). Please specify colors of the tassel you want in the personalization section.

If you buy the TASSEL ONLY you will get 6 tassels on a string (all are 12-14" long) for a balloon (if you do not specify colors we will send you as shown in the first photo) Please specify colors of the tassel you want in the personalization section.

If you buy the MINI TASSEL you will get 3 tassels on 1 string for a balloon (if you do not specify colors we will send you as shown in the first photo) Please specify colors of the tassel you want in the personalization section.

Second option on seconde pull down:

If you choose Express mail each item will ship 24-48 hours later. Express mail envelope: balloons with tassels with be flat packed and need to be fluffed when taken out of the package. Express mail boxes allow the item to be packaged without being flat packed but you pay a much higher price for this.
