11'' will come with about 2-3 feet of vine.
17" will come with about 4-5 feet of vine
36" will come with about 6-7 feet of vine.
Balloons must be blown up to size you purchase in order to float. All balloons should be blown up right before the party. Extend float times by using Hi-Float- ask for it where you get your balloons blown up. If you are buying a large quantity from me I can sell you a bottle of the gel- just ask.

Balloons MUST BE BLOWN UP properly in order for the balloon to float with the vine. Anything else won't work. If it doesn't float, you didn't blow it up enough.
